About Us
Westcanyon Turismo Aventura was launch in 2009 by Marco Melo, a native of Flores, with a degree in Sports, concentrating in Nature Sports and Active Tourism from Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior. Marco also has achieved his level III canyoning certification from Associação de Desportos Aventura Desnível.
Marco has had a passion for his natural surroundings his whole life, and this passion inspired him to share his island's great beauty with all who wish to enjoy nature.
Visitors to WestCanyon, with or without experience, will have the opportunity to be involved in various differents activities, in a safe and supervised environment, providing all with
a thriling adventure and momories that will never be forgotten.
